How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Wholesale orders require a MOQ of 50 bookmarks and are offered at 40% off the retail price. To inquire, email contact@corinemarie.com with your business name and order details.
Do you offer custom bookmarks?
Yes. Custom options include custom fabric colors and/or customized printing.

Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
Due to our quick fulfillment process, we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Items can sell out quickly, but there is a chance that we could be getting more in stock. Join our inner circle by entering your email address on the subscribe page and you'll be the first to know when that item comes back in stock!
Do you accept collaboration requests?
Yes—selectively. We collaborate with brands, authors, creators, and organizations that align with our values. Due to high demand, we are unable to accept every request. Please email contact@corinemarie.com with a brief introduction and proposal. Gifted collaborations are not guaranteed.

Bookmark Returns
We accept returns on standard bookmark purchases within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned in new, unused, and sellable condition.
Returned bookmarks must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, fragrances, scuffs, or damage
- In original condition
All returns must be submitted and approved via email at contact@corinemarie.com prior to being sent back. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Your bank may take up to 10 business days to reflect the refund.
Final Sale Items
Custom, personalized, limited-edition, or made-to-order bookmarks are final sale and not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your bookmark arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@corinemarie.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments.
Lost Packages
We carefully package and ship every order with care. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, we are unable to take responsibility for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
While we’re always happy to help point you in the right direction, replacement or refund requests for packages marked as delivered are not guaranteed.
